"The worst experience ever. Went to my local take 5 last week to be sent away because an employee failed to show up for work. I went back yesterday, waited 35 minutes to find out they were out of regular oil and only had synthetic oil. Same manager failed to make it right. The cost difference between regular and synthetic is 35 dollars. What a waste of time."
