To my pleasant surprise, I found them to be very competitively priced with impressive efficiency and excellent customer services. I also found out that they provide truck and trailer wash service on site, which is also competitively priced with excellent customer service and performance. "I give a 5 only because their tire shop is the best! But if a review is separate on the truck wash, it’s a 1 or 0 if I could do it. When I spend $100 on a wash and have to go home and wash what they didn’t, that’s a problem! That was my 3rd and last spray job. "I called for roadside assistance with a flat tire on my Class A motorhome. The service truck rolled up within 20 minutes and the young tech was a very courteous and friendly guy. He removed both rear tires and determined the issue to be a fault valve extender. The job was completed quickly and I followed the tech back to the office to pay my bill. Needless to say I was impressed with every element of my experience with Southern Tire and definitely recommend them."

"The team at Southern Tire Mart in Lake Park, GA near Valdosta were a life saver and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in years. We were heading home from central Florida to Ohio with our fifth wheel and were stopping over in Valdosta. When pulling in to our overnight, I heard a tire hissing from a cut down valve stem. I called Southern Tire Mart the next morning and they got me in right away. They exchanged the failed valve stem along with the other tires so all had new valve stems. They couldn't have been more helpful, professional, and friendly and I was truly impressed with the cost to do so. So many chances to take advantage of the situation, but I never had that feeling and the final bill was more proof how above board they are. These folks are a semi tire and service center, and even so they never acted like our camper tire need was any less important. They're in the midst of a major renovation and the team said they're adding more truck support as well as more typical auto bays as well. If you ever need help, be it emergency or planned tires or service in the greater Valdosta area don't hesitate to call this team. They are truly great at what they do and are what anyone should expect in great customer service. The guys in the shop were great to talk to and work with, the folks in the office were just as great. They made a very bad stop into a welcomed experience of what caring about your customers needs can be. Starting the day with a flat, and being back on the road a couple of hours later with confidence the family is safe and ready for the miles ahead saved the remainder of our trip home.
