"Very unprofessional business. Came to a road side call for my company and the younger one wouldn’t stay off his phone long enough to get work done then after it was finally finished they wanted cash or cash app for payment, I told them I had a company card and couldn’t do either one so they called someone and got them to take credit card payment over the phone but on the receipt the numbers didn’t add up and there was 160.00 worth of charges over the said price!! Extremely shady business"

"Very unhappy with these two repairmen that came out to Fletcher Rd in obrien .we bought new tuben tire they charged over $500 the first time the tire went flat after they left they came back n charged another $400 to patch the tube that they punctured .that's how you treat elderly shame follow up third time he came out after saying second time "if it goes flat again it was on him " well third flat mind you tractor never moved he charges over 700$ charged again that's over $1700 charged to elderly couple for a tire changed that was bought n paid for by customer do not use this man terrible business practice"

"This place was the biggest joke ever, very unprofessional..quote you a time and then a driver calls you after said wait time to tell you they are an additional 45 minutes away, tells you to drop a pin for them I said I don't have an iphone..so says share your location after specifically telling them my location..also called an asked them if they can change a tire on the rim on the side of the road.(I had the tire that needed put on the rim already)...was quoted a price of 95$ for a service call and 95$ for 1 hour labor then I ask if they take cards because I do not have any cash owner says yes then proceeds to tell me if I pay Cash app or Zelle or PayPal they won't charge me taxes I said ok I have all of those no problem so after waiting 45 min the 1st time i call owner and ask if the driver is on route..then driver calls and is an additional 45 minutes away.. once they arrive it appears to be 3 teenagers. They finally change tire get it aired up and say the valve stem is leaking give me a cap..to one other teenager we don't have any..well give me another core we don't have any.. I said I promise you if you can't stop that leak we will have a problem I will be calling your boss. So they use the core tool to tighten the core and the leak stops they said. I did make it home and able to return said trailer after they are done I ask for the invoice at which time I'm told I owe $$$304...and change I said that is not what your boss quoted me and tried calling him..no answer. I'm highly annoyed and pay the Invoice after asking for the PayPal account number because I wanted to use a credit card I'm told cash app only..now I'm more furious but I've waited almost 2 hrs and I'm annoyed so I pay and leave then boss calls says I didn't tell him a tire needed to be changed on the rim when I specifically asked that to 2 different companies in the same time frame I said ok whatever you were paid..but you told me no tax and your kids charged me taxes..boss says I will return your taxes no problem I said great and hung up. I do not recommend this company unless you like sitting on the side of the road for multiple hours and for them to fix a tire and it still be leaking and not have what they need to fix it on them. Also the price gouge was harsh..went from $190 to $304 and change real quick, they were not even on site 2 hours. Do not use Harris 24 hour road side. Also owner never refunded taxes lol..so it's all a joke to them."

"These guys are fantastic! I had several people look at the issue. I was having with my tires. They came and got it done another an hour! On time and very polite. Highly recommend"
