"The highway experience from hell. We called Jay Z 24/7 road service at 6 pm and the call was answered right away, and we were promised a used tire for our RV the price for service and used tire was quoted at 450 dollars. It seem a little expensive since used tire was quoted at 80-100 dollars. We were stuck on US highway 19 between Inglis and Otter Creek so knowing there is limited resources in the area did not question the price. The Jay Z 24/7 road service operated from Lake City, so I was concerned about timing but he reassured me he will be there within the hour and at most hour and half. Waiting on the side of the road is nerve wrecking but had trust that we had service coming. At 730 pm I was notified that there was traffic and the service will be there in 45 minutes. I understand he was located hour and half from location so did not think anything of it. I was reassured with text at 8:30 that he is almost there. At 9 pm with no service in sight. I called the person and was notified that he is almost there. I was getting nervous because it was getting dark and no one was coming. So finally called him again at 9:30 pm to find out that he was stuck in the gas station because his truck broke down. I was so upset because now it was 9:30 pm and stuck at the side of the road. The person reassured me he is working on another person to come to service the RV. At this time I told him to cancel service since I waited 3 and half hours. I hope people will read the reviews prior using his service. Talking advantage of people in situation where they do not have a place to go is simply wrong. This was truly stressful situation that really did not need to happen. It’s crazy how people do not realize that already stressful situation can be so much worse when you wait for someone that you put trust in. Jay Z 24/7 road service simply takes advantage of the helpless in time of need. I wish I could put 0 stars but that is not an option."

"I would not recommend these people for nothing they are highway robbery they charge you $50 to run a card the service calls are expensive the tire was $125 the total bill was over $500 and top it off I had to take the tire with me the old blew out Tire and they still charged me $50 for a disposal fee like I said I wouldn't recommend them for nothing"

"DO NOT TRUST THIS THEIF ROADSIDE PREDATOR They tried to screw me for $380. I paid $270 for a used tire and I didn't make 100 miles before it separated. Now I'm at the tire shop getting a new tire. Screw these predators"

"They take advantage of people in need. Charged $574.00 to bring a $75.00 trailer tire and install. What a ripoff but, I had to have it. The guy did not even pickup the blown out tire. It was left on the side of I-75."
