"I upgraded my 1 star to 4 star. The last 2 times the wait was minimal if almost non existent. I know that it isn't the employees who make changes that result in longer wait and now as of 7/3/2024 that wait was minimal. The waiting room wasn't too crowded. You do have people who still come in with a number of people when only one is getting service at Quest. I was finished before my appointment time. Some people just sat down or barely walked in the door when they were called. As most times I have been there, the employees are working hard, professional and kind."

"I love the pre-check-in that you can do, from a text from Quest, upon arrival at the center. Very timely inside. After just a short wait I was summoned and received careful and professional care by the technician at station 1. She has proven very successful in locating my hard-to-find veins, even when others fail."

"I needed to ask a question about the test and when I called the Live Oak office it says this mailbox is full and you could not get a hold of them, and the others in Gainesville went to an automated voice mail and wouldn't let me talk to a human and my doctor didn't know the answer. I was very upset."

"Provided new aetna hmo open access insurance card and was given incorrect information about having to pay $110.00 out of pocket copay. Contacted my insurance provider and told there is no cost to me for routine blood work. Now I have to submit a claim to be reimbursed through no fault of my own."

"This place is absolute garbage. Please tell me why a doctors office says " yes you can just drop off you test to quest in live oak when completed" my husband goes to drop off my test and was told he would have to wait over 45 min to be seen to be able to drop off my test since I could not miss work, he could not wait that long so he left. He came back after work and it says they close at 4. please tell me why my husband gets there before closing and the place is locked up and deserted. Truly glad im not dying and needing test results. a damn joke."
