"I got to location at 2:00 pm leaving straight from the doctor. My check process was not bad but the lady that took my blood kept telling me the last blood draw was at 2:30 next time I need to come earlier they open early. Kept repeating it like she had no sense. That little lady should find another job if she doesn’t like the one she has. She was in such a rush to take my blood to get to the others that walked in behind me as if she doesn’t know as long as we come before closing we have to be service. My 1st time ever having my labs where my hand was burning uncontrollable. Blood was taken from my hand which I am used too but this blood draw was careless all because it was almost closing & she was ready to go home. 2 weeks later my hands still hurts so bad as if something got damaged in the process. I am going to give it another week to see if the pain finally goes away & if not I am going to start legal proceedings . No one should be harm in the process of getting blood drawn because the worker is rushing & during the whole process telling me next time come earlier. I come whenever I want because the establishment was not close yet. I can’t even perform my job duties well because my hand is in constant pain since my blood was taken by that short lady from India or wherever she is from. SMH! Pray my hand gets better!"

"Having had a bad experience with the LabCorp that was near the hospital years ago, I was very pleasantly surprised with this location. Check in was simple, and the wait was short and the phlebotomists were excellent. I have no complaints, I will be back when necessary."

"Tammy was amazing. She was the receptionist and nurse all at once. She managed the high morning traffic, she was kind and helpful to all. Pls keep her and give her a raise! It’s so hard to find good employees like her nowadays."

"I've been to this Lapcorps location about 5 times, and I have no explanation for its numerous 1-star reviews. Each time I've gone, the red-haired lady at the front desk has been incredibly nice, and the technician who does the blood draws has been efficient, empathetic, and totally professional. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes here. Early in the morning, there's usually no wait at all. Remember not to review places poorly because you hate having blood drawn. Review places in the context of the services they offer. As far as blood testing goes, I'm picky because I have a bit of white coat syndrome, but I'm always okay here. The Quest down the road in comparison is always AWFUL. This is a great place for routine testing, at least in my experience."

"I was nervous with the lower rating but the people here were awesome! Opened a couple of minutes early and welcomed the line of people waiting. Kiosk checkin was easy. The lady who drew my blood was talkative and thorough. Very easy experience and I’ll definitely be coming back again!"
