"I bought a Electrolux washer dryer from The Appliance store in April 2024.The dryer has lint around the door and water is leaking out the door of the dryer.Techs from the Appliance store has been out here four times and they are saying it is because we are using fabric softener.Now they refuse to to even discuss anything with us.They tell us to call Electrolux.Well Electrolux wants to charge a fee for sending somebody out to look at it.Moral to the story.I’ve bought a washer/dryer and a freezer from these people in the last year totaling $4000.BUT NEVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY FRIDGEDAIR OR FROM THE APPLIANCE STORE IN COLUMBIA,KY"
"They will wine and dine you when you come in to buy your appliances but don't be fooled. They don't want to fool with you when you have a service issue. My refrigerator ice maker failed and I called them for help. They let me know instantly my fridge was out of warranty. I called the manufacturer and was told it is in fact still under warranty and they are sending someone to repair it for free."
"I had a completely different experience. I made my purchase over the phone from Indianapolis because me husband and I were moving to Burkesville. Ineedex appliances that could be delivered soon. The gentleman that took my order was very patient as he took the time to tell me what he had in stocks. The two men that delivered my purchase were very friendly and curious. I will buy from them again."
