"This is my updated review 3 weeks later. Although Nagai was amazing and helped me and my family find our dresses, the service there had a lot of conflict. My sister had ordered me a beautiful long veil that we tried on in the store and David’s bridal told me they had it in stock online and would arrive shortly. However, it had been 2 weeks since I’ve been tracking the order and somehow the veil got “lost”. The workers did not explain well to me what the “situation” (in their words) was. They received a short veil in the store under my name but that was not what we ordered. They tried to have me buy another one or a similar one to the original one, but it would not be the same. My sister and I were very disappointed. If you are short on time, I don’t recommend coming here due to all the hiccups that arise. There was also conflict between the workers there with comments they made about each other. I also had to order my wedding dress online to receive in the store and then once I did, I had to pay $517 on top of the dress to have reparations done. Overall, I give David’s bridal 3/5 stars. Things could be better."

I was really nervous at first because it was the first time shopping for a dress but Nati and Maria were absolutely marvelous. I am so grateful and blessed these two angels helped me navigate to find the one. I couldn’t have imagined how beautiful they would make that moment for me. When I returned for my second appointment with my chosen dress, the entire team made it even more special by letting me ring a bell to celebrate.
