"Not friendly. Lack of service. You walk the entire gallery and one young lady sits behind the computer yelling tidbits about the art while a husky fellow comes from behind a dark closet to admonish customers that were discussing an idea for a niece to paint a portrait of themselves. Not sure why the rude and eavesdropping employee felt the need to correct that conversation but no one even tried to explain the idea or process of what appeared to be acrylics on display. Maybe if they spent more time greeting and spreading knowledge instead of hate we all could be enlightened enough to become valued customers."
"We have been looking for a glass sculpture for 3 years. We were very excited to see the vast collection of glass pieces at the Shaw Gallery. We purchased the Yamano sculpture. The shipping experience was precise and care was taken to protect our new sculpture. We enjoyed all gallery curators and felt they were knowledgeable and honest."

"I have been a patron of the Gallery since 1997 and have bought several art works. The gallery owner, Barbara Shaw, is most attentive and customer service oriented. The gallery holds three to four "meet the artist" openings each year which are very well attended. It is easy to work with a gallery that has an excellent reputation and in business for over 24 years. Definitely a Naples finest."
