"Zero star I have been processing a permit for a house for a year and today three of the people come to ask what is happening but environment. The one who gives the right away permit, one of them hasn't heard from her two days ago and another didn't come to work today and I asked to speak to other managers, they weren't there either."

"So far every time I have called there with a question the phone was answered promptly. Customer service was great and employees are courteous."

"Pay for parking only to get a parking ticket and they don’t care. They act like they don’t know how the system works, however being from out of town I am sure they know what they are doing to people from out of town. Got to be a better way to make honest money and not pray on out of town people Shame on them. Just so disgusting and disrespectful to prey on people They blame the park ranger and act clueless."
