"Something needs to be done about 31st Ave NE, After several calls and requests for them to slope the storm drain properly on this street we have yet to get anywhere. Recent rains has had this street flooded for 3 weeks, the drains for this road are meeting in the middle right on my property. It doesn’t drain to the ends of the streets like it should and is doing in every street around us. Something needs to be done about this asap/ we have had water over the road for weeks. Our yard has been flooded for 4 weeks and the front drain doesn’t drain down water at all. We will complain and file complaints every day until something is done. update 7/20/24 still nothing has been done. Road and yards still flooded/ Update 8/8/24 after tropical storm. Things have gotten worse. 31st Ave ne is flooded, road is impassable for cars, unless you have a 4x4 truck people can’t get to work. Canal still empty because this street does not drain to the canal. I’ve seen several city truck drive by and do nothing."
