Package Guidelines:

We accept most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages, provided they weigh less than 55 pounds and measure under 48" x 25" x 25". Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled. International packages are welcome, as long as they originate from a U.S. address. Note that dangerous goods and hazardous materials are not accepted, except for UN 3373.

Using QR Codes:

If you have a QR code from an online store, simply open it on the FedEx® Mobile app when you arrive. A Walgreens team member will print your label and process your return.

No Additional Fees:

There are no extra fees for picking up or dropping off packages at our Naples location. Packages are held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.

Important Information:

Please ensure all packages are boxed, sealed, and labeled prior to drop-off. We do not provide shipping or packing materials, so visit a nearby FedEx Office or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter if you require supplies or assistance with packing.
