"I’m a private caretaker that takes my patient here every Sunday to 11am mass. Lately my patient’s condition has progressed to the point where he isn’t able to communicate as well. On 7/2/23, someone was coming around with communion and was about to give it to my patient as usual, but because he couldn’t say “Amen” by himself, the gentleman took it upon himself to take it as “Oh he doesn’t understand, so I can’t give it to him” and simply walked away. He denied giving him communion because he didn’t say amen fast enough??? I wasn’t about to explain my patients condition to a random stranger in public and I’ve NEVER experienced this issue here before. I was shocked and genuinely upset that there are people at this church who still don’t understand that not everyone is “normal” when they reach old age. How insensitive for people of holy faith. Go someone else if you suffer from Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, or dementia, these people clearly have no empathy."

"This church was beautiful and the mass went smoothly. They did not seem very child friendly though. I'm not sure if it's because the majority of the congregation falls in the senior category or what, but it's always depressing when a parish is not kid-friendly. The youth is the future and in most of the successfully growing parishes I've seen, people rejoice at the site of children. When you hear a child during mass, whether a cry or a giggle, you know the church is alive and thriving."

"The church gives me a very cold feeling. As a member I feel like an unwanted number. Wanted to join the Women's group, after attending one meeting ,its members were not welcoming. There is an excellent outreach community program with heartfelt committee members.The church interior is beautiful and reminds me of a few in Roma,otherwise I remain and obtain my Catholic faith."
