"My wife and I went to the North Naples Orange Blossum office today to apply for our new passports. The passport service representative , Patti, was so nice and explained everything to us. In addition, she expidited the paperwork in a quick and efficient manner. We were very pleased with the customer service Patti provided to us today. We highly recommend this office for your passport service. Thank you Dean and Kerry."

"How ridiculous. Passports only from 9-4. So they only do passports during the hours most ppl are at work. That must make their job incredibly easy. Watched two ppl ahead of me also get turned away because this clerk left early and that clerk didn't come in today. Maybe some cross training is in order?"

"SUZIE is amazing! I’m really scared to go to DMVs or any gov. offices because I’ve had some really bad experiences with workers who are mean and bitter. This time it was different. This lady is amazing and needs the biggest raise in the world. I got my passport thanks to her. She is so patient and helpful (even though i messed up a couple times.) By the way, she was dressed up all the way for Halloween. She’s awesome ❤️"

"The address for the passport building is not clearly marked. Parking is awful and have to walk a long distance to get to the building you need. Once finally finding where I needed to be b/c everyone that passed me didn't ask if I needed help. There was security at the front entrance that WAS fantastic and kind to my son and I. Once directed by the security guards again b/c no signs telling people where to go. We made it up the the 2nd floor again not knowing where to go because of no signs we find the passport office. I came prepared with all documents and papers filled out with payments ready to go. I didn't get the clerks name at the office but she had blonde hair. She took all my documents from me looked them over and b/c I only had a copy of his father's death certificate with me and not the original they wouldn't accept my son's application. The clerk did ask another employee before sending me on my way. If the clerk would have actually looked through my paperwork she would have found that the father wasn't my son's birth certificate and my son has my last name not his father's last name. Then after turning me away, through a glass window and wearing a mask and I am not able to make out a word the clerk is saying, she goes over payment information with me???? So a week later after having the father's original death certificate sent FEDEX to me and an additional $53 dollars. I then decide to go get the passports at the DMV on Orange Blossom and the clerk there kindly informed me that there was no need for the original death certificate from the father since my son has my last name and not on the birth certificate. It would be nice to encounter nice workers when you go and try to do something important. It is not an easy task being a single working full time mom to leave work early to file forms that have the same business hours as I work. Please slow down and put the patient first. That's all I'm asking."

Just returned from my 3rd visit in as many months - (vehicle title transfer, beach parking sticker, and passport renewal.) In and out with no waiting all three times. Maybe the wait time depends on the reason for your visit? In my experience, service has always been and continues to be outstanding!"
