"Baggage claim was extremely slow, followed by long lines for long term parking shuttle, requiring 4 different shuttle buses that were not timely in arriving. Obviously a manpower and scheduling issue, given there were dozens of empty shuttle buses observed during our eventual pick up."

"Revised total review of airport Personally over the years, I have been on many flights, both in and out from here, conferences attended here, even picked up a GOVDEALS lot from here. Point is, I'll give you the DL; You start by noticing that the last time since you've flown into/out of RSW, the HUGE direct i-75 exit loop and side road going directly into the airport is an AMAZING addition that has been much needed for...well....since it's inception! A few stores and dunkin donuts shops inside. Starbucks carts with typical airport markup. Save the cash and eat before you arrive. I'd skip the prepackaged foods they sell. Just.. don't. Waters and sodas were $3.75 at time of this review. prob $5+ in a few years. WIFI is a joke here. I wouldn't even bother. If you do, use a VPN."

"Their bus drivers seem to think they have more power and say than a FEDERAL JUDGE!! Mandates are not only over, but have been deemed ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL!! LCPA, advise your low-life, high school drop out bus drivers of how judicial law works. ...or prepare for letters on intent!! You're BEGGING for a lawsuit!!!"

"I'm employed at the airport and had lost my employee parking lot ID. I start my shift at 5, therefore specifically left my house 2 hours early to get to their office because i'd heard 5 is when they close. I got there a little after 4, as soon as I walked in I went up to the desk and was standing there for a good minute. There was a lady sitting at a computer towards the back and I know she saw me but never acknowledged my presence. I finally said "excuse me" then she turned with the nastiest look on her face along with a very ignorant attitude and said "yes". I had explained that I was there to get a replacement employee parking lot ID then she told me I would have to get and fill out an application from my employer then bring it there which I've never heard of. Then she goes "Well I suggest you come back tomorrow because we close at 4:30 and I'm the only one here and still have to take care of the people waiting". Mind you, she didn't say all of this nicely and was acting like her having to help people was such a huge inconvenience. Sorry your life is so miserable that you have to bring it out on people."

"How many people can say they've paid to have their car broken into and property stolen? I can. Parked in RSW long-term, came back after three days, started the car and the first thing I see from my car's information system: "THEFT ATTEMPTED". Thinking this must be a computer malfunction... this is a protected, lighted, fee-based, parking lot. However, when I drove to the exit to pay I discovered all the money in the inside the armrest was gone. When the security system detects unauthorized entry the annoying horn sounds and lights flash. How did that go unnoticed???"
