With Kevin Kyle in the mix I highly suggest to you to disregard this scam. Estate Planning Council of Lee County is the last place for comsumers to trust. Kevin is a fraud artist. There are some good lawyers out there but you need a magnifying glass to find one. This is a scam. Find a lawyer else where in Florida ( or out of Florida ) and be careful whom you pick. Who ever allowed Kyle to participate in anyway is not your buddie.They are your preditor. Just doubled check thier list of past-presidents and lawyers. Some of them are known scammers. You do not need them as advisors and lawyers. The dicision is ultimately yours. Best of luck."
