Tropical Trailer Park

"Has turned into a disorganized place they charge you $60 for trash fee and you have to pay $54 each month for taxes , plus the lot rent and utilities the lot is just to park your car there's not much space and the neighbors 2 ft away from your lot put cameras pointing at your lot and the office approves it ,not leaving any space for you to relax outside, there's nobody at the office when you call to do any complain about any neighbor all they say is "make a letter as an official complaint and it will cost you $150" ,all they want is money money and money and don't do any improvement in favor of the residents ."

"There is nobody running this park except for by telephone. People in the trailer park party all night long. Someone has a four-wheeler and a small dirt bike once people get a buzz they take turns riding this around the park all night long and makes lots of noise so no one can sleep. The park adds money to your rent for things they do in the park and don't even let you know until you get your bill. A couple of months ago they pave the roads they put some tiny little pads in people's yard and added $2,000 to those People's rent without even saying a word. The rent has gone up there is no longer a clubhouse like there used to be because people are living in it. I can't wait until the day I can afford to move out of here. It's gotten so bad I hate going home. No one seems to care they just want our money. So if you want to hear music all night and motor cycles all night move here and party on. And don't think the people that you call on the phone will take any complaints seriously because they don't... even though they write they will fix issues it never happens."

"I've lived here for over a decade, and I love this place. The location is convenient, especially the fact that we're on the same block as the hospital, which means utilities are up and running quickly after storms. The neighborhood is excellent. We have the absolute best people in our little village. During times of hardship everyone really pulls together -- nothing is better in a neighborhood than knowing you can really trust and count on your neighbors when life is throwing it's worst at you. I love this place and these people. It's like a great big family out here, even the management are great!"

"I have been living here for 2 or more years. I love it, it close to all shops and hospitals and it right in center of downtown Fort Myers. The staff are nice and friendly people. The apartments are well taking care of inside and out. Laundry facility is on ground, I am happy here."
