"It’d like to start out by saying how much we enjoyed working with Heather. She works hard to guide you with her knowledge, opinions and experience. My husband and I have sold and bought many homes between the two of us and have had good and bad experiences. This was such a good experience! Right from the get-go she told us what she felt needed to be done to set us up for success. Our townhome investment rental had not been treated well by our renters…the market was hot and it needed work to get it on the market. We used many of her contract recommendations and were very pleased with all the results. Her communication is excellent! Kept us in the loop with all the buyers/realtor communication. She even checked in when things were a little quiet (waiting for buyers financing) just to make sure we were comfortable with what was going on. She did such a good job pricing it. We were quite happy with what we got for it. Over ask! Her Flat Fee company and team are excellent and saved us a lot of money. Even in a very difficult market, she was able to really hone in on what and where we wanted to be, scoped out properties for us, sending multiple options to review, and was always respectful of our time. "Heather was awesome to work with in our quest to find a second home/condo in Ft. Myers. Coming from out of state, we knew it would be challenging to find a place in this challenging market and being able to act on it quickly. We were planning a 10 day vacation to Ft Myers and were hoping to at least see some properties and get a realistic feel for what we wanted within our budget. We contacted Heather a couple weeks before we went to Florida, after getting a recommendation from my daughter who lives in the area. After a phone interview with Heather where we laid out our expectations, she immediately started sending us properties to view. On the properties we were interested in she would send along comps of similar properties for us to get a better feel for, and gave us background information on the complexes where the properties were. We flew into Ft Myers on a Friday afternoon and had a property to see by the evening and 4 more set up the next day and several more to follow. After being outbid two properties, we found a great property that just went on the market that morning. Heather had us in to see it a few hours later, she made some phone calls to selling realtor to get a feel for what the sellers expectations were, and we had an accepted offer by that evening. She even was able to have a home and termite inspection set up the following day so we could have it done before we had to come back home. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and was on top of things throughout our search and always returned out calls or texts promptly. I would highly recommend Heather if buying or selling property in the Ft. Myers area."
