"This so called church is locally referred to as the House of Hate. If you love to hate others this is the place for you. Satan's Lair is a more realistic name for it."
"Warm and friendly people. Great Bible teaching from the King James version. We have a responsibility to honor Jesus Christ, and we have a civic responsibility pray for America and seek to protect freedom."
"In the following I am speaking for myself and myself only. I've been attending Victory Baptist Church for 8 months now and have gained many blessings as a result of attending this church. Understand that Baptists are NOT wish-washy people. We also unapologetically speak our minds as we have not only the right, but obligation to do. We try our best to do what is right according to the bible and ask forgiveness when we do not. So often people are hard on churches and their members NOT because of what the church has done, but what the person criticizing has done. We all sacrifice to attain what we desire in life. The difficult part is determining what should be desired and what must be sacrificed. When people do this is err, they become bitter and angry at those who have done it correctly. Often these individuals lash out at the very doctrine that has allowed their neighbors to correct their iniquities and live the life that the individual so greatly needs and desires. The result is insults and attacks with no basis to distract THEMSELVES from the difficult path that must be undertaken to correct their shortcomings. I know, I was one. The fact is that we all fall short. We all NEED CHRIST, the forgiveness he freely offers, and the direction he gives to correct our lives. The main complaint I see towards our church is that we dare to speak our minds and, somehow, some think this violates some rules. Do any of those complaining know the rules concerning churches and 501(C)(3)s? Have they read legal interpretations and precedent determining how, when and why these rules are applied? It is pretty obvious the answer is no. Instead of applying the actual law to to a perceived unjust situation, the person is judging the situation that they “just don't like” by their own self serving Pseudo-Laws. The goal is not “Truth and Justice”, which is what corrects a wrong, but instead lashing out and silencing what one does not like in order to avoid any deep analysis of whether our ideas may be correct and how those rules can be applied to improve one's life. I'm certain that James Madison is looking down sobbing. Grab a Bible, correct your shortcomings and focus on who you could be, not who you are. I invite you to loose your anger, bitterness and resentment. Come by to learn how you can live a life that is so meaningful and joyous that it makes the pain and suffering of life irrelevant. Sunday: 10:30am and 6:00pm. Wednesday 7:00pm. God Bless. 5 stars."
"Constantly changing their outside sign about the churches (or the pastors) own political and "immoral" living views. Apparently, not the church for people with different lifestyles and/or political parties. And they claim to be "Christians". They do nothing for the Suncoast community. This place should absolutely be paying taxes. Tax exempt number 650391940."
"Awesome church. Love it. They are so welcoming and make u feel so comfortable. Get a chance really need to come check it out.Their great people."
