"Would not recommend. I had a house managed by them for a couple of years. They found the tenant and things were going fine for a while but then the tenants stopped paying. Instead of notifying me of what was going on, they just sent me income statements with 0 income. After about 2 months I asked them what’s going on? They told me the tenant was not paying. Obviously, this is information that should be communicated to the homeowner from the management company. When I ask what the story with the tenants is, I am told they don’t communicate with the tenants. The management company does not communicate with the tenants…. So I call the tenants and ask what the deal is. They give me a typical response that they will pay, etc. Eventually it gets to a point where eviction is the only option. I have this company file an eviction which supposedly takes 3-6 weeks. Didn’t hear a word of communication until 5 weeks after the notice in which I asked them to take a look at the house. Turns out it was vacant and had been for a while. Probably their first visit to the property in years. When I get back to Clearwater the next weekend to assess the property, the place is disgusting – pet feces, no power, no water, fridge full of food, bugs everywhere, etc. Long story short, if you have perfect tenants, this company’s maximum capability is setting up the online payment system and stealing their 10%. The minute something goes wrong and requires a little bit of work that you expect that money to pay for, you’re out of luck. Their responses to negative reviews on google kind of make me chuckle as well. Always attacking the negative reviewer and never looking for solutions to their own laziness and incompetence. Pretty good representation of my experience with them."

"Worst living experience. I would never rent from this company. They basically acted like no one lived in my unit. There was roof work starting at 7 am, including Saturdays, and they did not give us any warning. That lasted a week. We did not have hot water for 9 days, I had to threaten legal action in order to get it fixed. During those time periods, they did not offer to house us elsewhere. Our oven broke and they took a month to replace it, and decided to have the new oven delivered without our permission a week before moving out. We have reported leaks and nothing was ever done about them. It is crazy to me that I have to remind a leasing company that real human beings are living in the unit."

"As a landlord I must say- excellent property management company! Communication is great, the contract with them doesn't have any entrapments that force you to keep working with them if you want to stop service like some do. And most importantly, they find you tenants quickly! Found tenants for 2 of my properties that were vacant very quickly. You really can't go wrong with choosing them."
