"They retaliated against my 74 year old, deaf, widowed mother because I got after them about TJM breaching the maintenance part of the lease contract. She has always been on a 12 month lease but without notice or reason, they changed her to month to month. Then they wanted me to drive 3.5 hours to sign a paper stating I would not write any negative reviews about them or they'd kick my mom out of her house. I'm not on the lease. Writing reviews prompted them to uphold their part of the contract and replace the fridge, fix the gate, and fix the outdoor plugs. They did not fix any of it until I raised hell online which I should not have had to at all. I will be at the Starbucks in Burnet at 7:30 pm, Sunday, July 21, 2024 with my printer and laptop. I'm not an attorney and won't file court papers for anyone but if you have a complaint against TJM, you're welcome to use my laptop and printer. The legal forms are available online and you can efile online, as well. I will also have their broker and realtor license numbers available, in case anyone wants them. Feel free to reach out to me with questions or drop by Sunday."

"Not happy at all with lake Morton and the mgmt doesn’t care. You speak to someone who supposedly has authority and they don’t do a thing for the residents benefits. They allow people that work here have affairs on the stairwells, they put uneducated people in control of medications , and end up giving wrong meds to people. My loved one suffered , but fortunately was smart enough to say something to someone who does care. The only good thing about this place is the laundry people. They do their job, unlike others who sleep on the job and get away with it. If you need someone , they are always in the office hanging out. My loved one has spoken to the ED , and the whole time in her office she was playing on her phone. Very unprofessional. Another very unprofessional person is Joe. All I know is his name , but I heard him tell a resident that he doesn’t get paid to do that. If I was able to pull my loved one out , I would but sadly, I live too far and I don’t want my loved one to suffer. It seems a lot of the people there are unhappy . They let good people leave and yet, keep the ones who don’t care. Sincerely Anonymous family member"
