Continued excuses of not getting calls, E-Mails etc. Nathan has alot to learn about realestate along with Business etiquete. If you say you'll update preferrance, then I expect you to do what you say. But he sure wants to list my house immedietly. This is why I do not trust people who prey on other peoples fortunes. Not saying Park Property's is bad - just the greed of someone takes presidence over commitments of standards in the industry."

"Would not recommend almost became homeless. I broke my current lease to move myself and my 5 year old into one of their homes because of the good area. Only to find out it had mold and had to move 2 months later because they refused to fix the problem. I can’t speak for all the property managers here but PLEASE PLEASE be very careful when renting from them. Cross all your T’s and dot all of your I’s. The person we did business with still works here. I’m sure he is doing this to other people."
