Few weeks later we did find a lender and we call him back to see if the house was still available. He told us it was and suggested we get rid of our Realtor and he would get us a better deal . Few weeks later after we gave him $2000.00 and signing buyers management we bought it. I am taking a real estate class now and I did find out that this is unethical and tried to talk to him. He was rude cocky and did't seem to care. Avoid using this guy and his agency he is unethical and takes advantage of people who don't know how this works. We found this house with another Realtor who was entitled to a commission.This guy took his commission from the seller and told us if we wanted this house we need to pay him as well. Research the agent before you hire him. Hopefully someone will read this and not use this scam artist"
