"First off, I'll start with how great the deal he helped me negotiate in the Grand Central area was. I'm half of a block away from Taco Bus and walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. What a great location. We were the first to see the house and made an offer the first day. This, however, is after the fact that he showed me over 40 properties in very different areas and very different price ranges. I came here from Los Angeles, not knowing anything and after working with Parker, I have a really good understanding of the market now. Coming from out of state, I didn't realize things about flood insurance requirements and different zones. He helped me understand and had a good idea of the market and what I was looking for.
