We've worked with great realtors previously, but Mike redefined our expectations. He's a total professional, and knew exactly how to manage all aspects of the purchase -- from finding the right home, to making a quality offer, and through the entire inspection/appraisal period all the way to closing. When we had last minute issues with our lender, Mike took charge and managed our interactions with the lender as well as the selling agent in order to maximize the chance of a good outcome. It was actually pretty fun to watch him work -- he's quite savvy and knows exactly the motivations of each party involved in the sale. No matter what the problem was, Mike always had a plan. When we were feeling anxious, Mike knew how to calm us down and help us regain a sense of control. The cherry on top of everything was how much of a pleasure it was to work with Mike. He has a great personality and sense of humor, and we enjoyed every minute we spent talking to him. Today, we are overjoyed to be living in our dream home.
