"Buyer beware! We purchased a flipped house from Clifford Roe (owner of Roe Reality) whose realtor (employed by Roe Realty) was Rebekah Moorehead. The realtor demonstrated poor communication either due to forgetfulness (at best) or in bad faith (at worst). For example, a potential problem with the HVAC (~15 years old) was flagged during inspection. We had a signed addendum that it would be addressed but we never heard back about the status of our request. On the day of closing, our realtor’s HVAC person told us that the whole system needed significant work or replacement. The seller offered to fix or give credit to fix but would not pay to replace the system (we took the credit and replaced it ourselves). Unfortunately, we found other major issues with the property not caught during inspection or disclosed by seller. 1. Leaks due to negligent plumbing installations: One week after moving in, we discovered soggy carpet in a bedroom near a wall shared with a bathroom. We pealed back the carpet to discover soggy wood framing and mold under the carpet. We found a leak in the wall coming from a new PVC fitting not glued together for the new shower. We had to rip out a large portion of the wall to dehumidify and fix the plumbing issue. Our realtor asked the seller to cover the cost of approximately $1500. They refused saying that they did not renovate that bathroom (several neighbors told us they saw inside the house that both bathrooms were gutted). Two months after moving in, we noticed water leaking out of the wall next to the shower in the other bathroom. The plumber we hired said the leaking was from improper installation of the new fixture. Since moving in, we have found issues with EVERY plumbing feature in the house, including an improperly installed toilet that was leaking sewage gas into the house. 2. Rats: We found active signs of rats in the attic including damage to the ductwork. This has resulted in significant costs for extermination, exclusion work, and other repair with costs (including new AC ducts destroyed by the rats and removal and replacement of attic insulation soiled by the rats) estimated at nearly $10,000. We HIGHLY discourage anyone from purchasing a home associated with Roe Realty due to the stress, financial burden, and potential health risks we have encountered."

Victoria Jourdenais, contacted me 45 minutes before my viewing of a property for rent. 10 minutes before the viewing time she sends me a text stating someone else already took the house. I was literally around the corner from the property when she text me and all she can say was "sorry" I told her that it was rude and very unprofessional. If this this the type of service you are to expect from Roe Realty, I would not waste my time."
