"Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. Not only that, but the other 2 jackets I picked up today were pressed the exact same way. They all looked terrible. Keep in mind, this was AFTER I specifically asked the lady who took in the jackets to please note that the collar on the black jacket had been pressed incorrectly the last 2 times I brought it in. As a side note, the customer in front of me was a lady who was dissatisfied that the black & white dress you cleaned for her had bleed-over from the black onto the white. I love the fact that you offer next-day service. But in 30 years of wearing and dry-cleaning suits and jackets, I've never had this much trouble with quality as I've had with Tide. Sorry, but I'm going back to Berkshire Cleaners. They take longer, but they do the job right every time. Edit: Kelsey from their corporate offices reached out to me. She was very courteous and professional. She really wanted to make things right. She offered to redo the jackets at no cost, plus she gave me a $20 credit on my account. Unfortunately, after I picked up the 3 jackets they redid for free, they still pressed 2 of them incorrectly. I am adding those 3 pictures to the original 3. They look better than the first run, but there should be no lining shown when the collar is folded down correctly. Sorry, Tide. You gave it the old college try, but after still pressing these jackets incorrectly, I'm afraid that was the nail in the coffin. It's a real shame too, because I loved the fast service."
