"It's been a few years but I'm still infuriated that they lost an important suit. I bought it for my sister's wedding paid $800 for an Super 120 that isn't made anymore. Not only did they confuse which pants they lost forcing me to prove I had the pair they claimed they originally lost. They proceeded to slap me in the face with a 20-dollar credit because JCPenney had the same brand of pants and it a similar enough even though it was a different fabric for that price. What kind of dry cleaner loses 1 out of three pieces of a three-piece suit and pretends they didn't just make the other two pieces useless. In addition, they didn't even mark it as a super 120. I used these guys for over 4 years, they ruined one of my wife's pieces an offered a $100 credit... Granted that was juiced up in no time (during my work season I was dropping off two suits a week) As I said it's been a few years, but that piece meant so much to me, and the piss poor treatment that I got for it infuriates me to this day. If you're going to use them, don't give them anything valuable. I'd hate to be the guy who has a $2,000 suit getting shaftef because Google has to similar-looking suit in the dollar section of some retail department. You know because fabric, the item being part of a bigger ensemble and tailoring mean absolutely nothing to a company that cares about clothes. As part of an industry that advocates not to separate suit jackets from suit pants because dry cleaning at different rates causes discoloration at different rates. But once you lose a piece don't worry buying a similar one of a different fabric won't change anything. What is steaming pile of garbage. I don't want anything from this company but I hope the next guy who loses something important to him get at least the cost as compensation. Because you can pay massive amounts of money for several years to this company and when they mess up, it's at your expense. Hell, my tailor's dry cleaner ruined a friend's suit jacket for a wedding and the tailor made it right by putting together a custom suit at their expense. If anyone's reading to this point, I never accepted the joke of a credit. I expressed absolute disappointment and they shrugged It off. One day I'll finally get over it. But today I was reminded that I no longer have one of the most important suits in my closet."

"I brought my dress in for cleaning on Monday, April 29, and was assured it would be ready for pickup by Wednesday, May 1. When I went to retrieve my dress at the Paul J Doherty location on Thursday, May 2, I was informed by a male associate that my dress "didn't make it on the truck." This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering I needed my dress for an event on Friday, May 3. The lack of communication and failure to meet the promised timeframe left me extremely disappointed and upset. I inquired about the whereabouts of my dress, emphasizing the urgency as I needed it for an event the next day. He informed me that it was located at their shop in Naples. After driving an hour to Naples to retrieve my dress, I eagerly inspected it at home to see if all the stains had been removed. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment as the dress still had stains all over it. See pics attached. Not only did they fail to remove stains from my dress as promised, but they also made me drive an hour to Naples to pick it up, despite them telling me it would be ready two days ago. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is appalling. They did not deliver on their basic service of removing stains, and also inconvenienced me by making me waste time and gas driving to Naples for a dress that wasn't even ready. I would strongly advise against using Fashion Fresh. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and customer-focused dry cleaning service."

"We have been using Fashion Fresh for years. We moved out of Naples a few years ago and now use the Gateway location for our drop off. I called before I brought in my cleaning to make sure they could tighten up a button on a sport coat. He said to make sure I brought it in on Wednesday so the alterations lady would be there to do the repair. Brought it in on that Wed like was told, came back to get it after all cleaning was finished and the button wasn't tightened. Was not told that it didn't happen, I found it my self. The gentleman promptly tells me the the seamstress is now on vacation, I'll have to bring it in in 2 weeks. I told him that was not acceptable, he told me there was an alterations person about 11 minutes away that could do it. After me being irritated he decided he would take care of it for me. This meant that I still had an extra half an hour of my time into this ordeal. Customer service and overall attitude & enthusiasm at this location is poor."

"We have been using this dry cleaner for awhile now and haven’t had issues until our last two visits. They stained all 3 of my husbands white shirts and when I asked them to get it out, they acted like they were doing ME a favor by not charging me. He also told me they got the stains out but once taking off the wrapping at home, they are still there! Why not just be honest and say you can’t get it out and give a refund."
