"Wow .. nastiest lady who works there and she kept changing the prices! I wanted t shirts laundered first she said 7$ then she said 8$ but yet a button down with a color is $3.50. How's this even make sense?"

"I have never been spoken to and so rudely in a unprofessional way as the lady that works there has been rude to me before about giving me an estimate on there prices, that she said she couldn't . This time when I called and referred to my sons expensive black pants that were missing and she confirmed they where in that order. She then began to scold me as its been a month and why wouldn't I have noticed by now . I Proceeded to let her know it was after a funeral and he doesnt where dress pants much as I just realized they where possibly left behind. She then hung up on me and refused to be willing to Help or give me the owners name or contact information. Perhaps she should find another occupation that is not public realated. "I had a very expensive top disappear from this cleaners. After weeks of excuses for why the shirt had not been returned yet I was given a number for Mike to get a clear answer. Unfortunately mike was another dead end. He never returned my numerous calls! Poor customer service! A simple call would have made a difference but now I have to assume the shirt was stolen by an employee and they will not own up to it."
