The 24 hour open area is very convenient for both drop off and pick up. Communication (and gentle reminder to pick up my items) was great. Process was very smooth. She showed me how to process the items through their very slick automated machine and was so gracious with this tall order at 6PM the night before July 4th. "First time using one of the automated dry cleaner locations. Thankfully no issues. A couple bits of feedback… why is the voice on the stations a British voice? Doesn’t make sense. Did not receive any notice whether my items were ready. The “drop off” text message did give a pickup date and thankfully was accurate, but would be an improvement to get notified when items are available."
