"Never again. Went to pick up clothes in the morning during a time when they were supposed to open and...nope, nobody there. It was dark. I called the customer support number, left a message and never got a call back. When I was able to come back a few days later, the "manager" was there. I asked why did I not get a call back. She didn't know. I asked if she knew her store wasn't open during business hours hours, she said no. I asked for another number to call and she said there wasn't one. So I called the other number again, left another message, and never got a response. There are SOOOO many other dry cleaners in competition with them. All they needed to do was call back and apologize. I guess it was too much effort. So I found another dry cleaner. Met the owner. Super nice people. So glad Quality Plus didn't care enough to call back because now I've found a good one."
"Had 2 slacks dry cleaned and pressed. Items came back with double crests. Since I didn’t pick up my items from them for over a month from the time they were ready, there is nothing - they said -that they can do for me. We will no longer use their services."
"I took my white boyfriend blazer to be dry cleaned. When I went to get it, it was pink. The owner agreed to replace it since ruined, asked me to provide my receipt of purchase price which I did and was told that I would receive a check within 2-weeks. After 2 weeks passed without a check, I called for an update. Owner called me back leaving a voicemail stating they have the right per policy to try to fix it so sent it to be cleaned. Since I was told that they were reimbursing me, I bought the same blazer while still available. I called the owner back to ask about my right as customer whose jacket was ruined and told one thing and then without communication did something else. Still no call back from owner, but store called saying blazer ready for pick up- it is now brownish, not white. I called owner again to let her know blazer is not white/ruined & still no call back. Mistakes happen & it is how it is handled that matters- the owner’s handling of this mistake was terrible. I am sharing so others can be informed how she conducts business. Extremely disappointing."
"I’ve had my clothes dry-cleaned here for several years but after this experience, I’m not going back. A couple weeks ago when my wife picked up my dress shirts they told her my (relatively new $45) red dress shirt wasn’t in yet because “the machine broke” and there was “a delay.” (It seemed strange because all my other clothes came back.) My wife went back a week later and they changed their story to they are “looking for my shirt.” My wife went back this week and they said they are still looking for it. I went there then and asked to speak with the manager. The worker tried to call her but couldn’t get a hold of her. I left my number and asked her to call me, but that hasn’t happened yet. ** UPDATE (3/28/23)**The Monday after I left the above review, I received a call from the manager who said she was sorry my shirt was lost and she was going to send me a check for $45 later in the week to replace it. It’s been over two weeks since that call, and I’ve not received anything. She even verified my mailing address."
