"Worst dry, cleaners and customer service I have ever been to!!! Dropped off pants to get alterations for an upcoming vacation. They said it would take a week and I told them when we had to have them to leave the next day. Went to pick them up, and the man behind the counter started yelling and screaming that they weren’t ready and sometimes it can take up to two weeks they never know. We asked if we could just take them since they weren’t done and he said they were 20 miles away and we would just have to deal with it. Finally got the number to the person who had them and we had to drive 20 miles to Land O Lakes to pick them up and they weren’t even done. I would avoid this business at all costs. No one should be spoken to and treated the way these owners do!"

"I walked in and waited for the woman at the counter to get off the phone... no problem. But then she starts organizing receipts instead of acknowledging I'm even there... okay. "How much to dry clean 2 shirts and 2 pants?" 30 seconds with the calculator later (!?!?), "About $30. Ready in 6 days." Uhhhh no, not okay. I come from WA and I'm used to paying double for the cost of labor on everything. This is double what I'd pay THERE. Hard pass."

"Took my queen size comforter in and they charged me almost $50 . That’s ridiculous! For that price , I could have gotten a new comforter. Will NOT be returning!"

"The son of the owner took my measurements to hem and let my dress pants out one inch. When I picked them up they were still about two inches to long and they let out two inches in the waist instead of one inch. He told me to come back and see his father. The man was outrageous to us. Screaming, waving his arms around and talking in his language whereas we didn't know what he was saying. He did not want to fix them and would not give our forty-six dollars back. We took them to a seamstress in Tarpon Springs and she agreed they let the waist out two instead of one inch and she had to hem them another two inches to make them fit right and this cost me another thirty-three dollars but it was worth it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLEANERS. It was the worst I have ever been treated in any business."

"Seriously disappointed so far. I recently moved to the area and love to support local business. I dropped an item off for alterations and was told my request could be accommodated. Upon pick up of the item , it was nothing even close to what was agreed upon and written on the ticket . There’s an obvious communication barrier, which is fine and I am flexible. However, when the older gentleman that I assume to be the owner began yelling at me when I questioned the work versus the price , I was not okay with that . Not only is it rude and unprofessional… it’s intimidating and lousy customer service practice ."
