"Had the worst experience here! I've been coming here since 2012, every now and then when I need things cleaned "professionally". I brought back one of my husband's dress shirts because there was a big brown spot on the sleeve. When I pulled up to the drive through, the elderly lady with the short gray hair stood inside, refusing to acknowledge I was there, just staring at me. I was already outside of the car to give her the items to clean, and asked her to meet me at least halfway to the car because I had a baby in the car. Again, no greeting, no nothing, just seemed annoyed that she had to walk over to me at all. Again, this is a drive through, so I shouldn't have even had to get out of the car, but I like to get out and help. I told her that I was bringing the shirt back because it had the brown spot on the sleeve and I wasn't sure if it was a burn mark. She yelled at me, "That's FOOD, not a BURN!". I said I wasn't sure what it was, but that the tag from the cleaners was still on it, so I had dropped it off to get clean, and it didn't come back clean, so that was the problem. She kept yelling at me again, saying she knew it was food! I told her I wasn't trying to argue with her about what it was on the shirt, just asking if they could fix it this time. She took the shirt and other items I had and then handed me the ticket. She literally said nothing else, not that they would be handling the shirt properly this time, or taking care of the bill, not even a thank you for returning as a customer despite the error, just handed me the ticket and walked back inside. I asked her if they would be charging me again for the shirt and she had THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE! She came out to the car and was again yelling at me, at which point I asked for the manager/owner's contact information. She asked WHY I needed it and I said because of the lack of customer service I was currently experiencing. She REFUSED to give me the information and literally yelling at me again, "HE WILL BE HERE FRIDAY, JUST COME BACK THEN!" I asked what her name was and she said "He'll know who I am!"...... I'm not sure if that's because he will know it's her when I complain about the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE I witnessed or because she said she has worked there for 14 years, but whatever the case, she needs to retire because she is beyond RUDE AND NASTY!!! After I get the shirt and other clothes back, I will definitely not be returning to this place that A. can't clean clothes correctly, and B. has the rudest human alive working there."

"I usually don’t write reviews, however I feel the experience I had at this dry cleaners needs to be taken into consideration.. I dropped off the dress that I bought for my graduation at this cleaner the week before my graduation and it was supposed to be done in a few days. My boyfriend had also brought his dress shirt to be dry cleaned at the same time. When he got the call to come pick up our clothes, he went, and once he got there, the lady working asked if someone had already picked up my dress?? My boyfriend said no he just got the call that everything was ready, and the worker proceeded to “look around” and then tell him that she couldn’t find my dress. Keep in mind, this is four days give or take right before my graduation and it’s my graduation dress… At this point I hoped they would find it, called back every day & nothing. The day after this happened, I called them and the lady working did not even know the situation, which shows me how little they cared. They said they’d check their other store (which still does not make sense to me). After about a month with no luck, they finally called me to tell me they had found it. I picked it up a couple of months later, at this point I’m in no big rush to get it since I couldn’t wear it for the special event I purchased it for. When I went to pick it up, I was still asked to pay for it which I honestly don’t think is right at all, but I paid for it because I was honestly just so caught off guard and wanted the whole ordeal to be over with. I left very disappointed, and just think anyone who plans to leave clothes here should be aware!"

"After using them for two years I had to switch cleaners. The customer service was lackluster but more so the quality of their work is just not acceptable. I had a pair of pants destroyed, buttons broken off shirts. Items frequently came back not clean or not ironed properly."

"I've used this place for a year and am giving up. They just don't seem to care about individual items...my requests for spot treating go unheeded half the time. All my dress shirts of late have had squashed collars. The photo shows the last shirt they'll do for me...fresh out of their bag...not even wearable. It just reflects a lack of giving a darn. I don't recommend this place."

Ms. Rose helped me immensely with the bustle on my wedding dress when I was very pressed for time and it was close to the wedding date. I can’t express how thankful I was! In addition. my business casual wear for work always looks pristine and brand new thanks to their thoughtful care. Highly recommend Spartan Cleaners to all my family and friends!"
