"First, I had a decent experience with this dry cleaners. I have been a few times and it was as expected. Then I came in and the price was increased (not a huge deal) but to top it off the quality declined, stains left on my shirt and it appears to be ripped where they scrubbed it. Very disappointing."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Desk clerk is rude, barely knows English, and requires you to repeat phone number/name several times to look up items. Business is not modernized or willing to work with customers at all. They don't allow cards of any kind under $10, even if your total is $9.61. I understand that credit card machines come with certain fees but they also do not take checks or allow you to purchase gift certificates/coupons for multiple dry cleans. I will no longer be going to this dry cleaners that I've been using for 10 years and will discourage others to do the same!"
