"Same problem as Julio Ramirez had. Rat feces everywhere. Air conditioning "climate control" has not worked in weeks. "Waiting for the new compressor". With a storage company as large as this and many, many air conditioners: why do you not stock a few air compressors for when yours go bad. Ruined the entire summer. Insurance max payout for "vermin" issues is $500. What a joke!"
"Here is what your money gets you. The problem is not checking in. It is when you check out. I should have paid attention to the rat traps. Rat poop and urine all over our furniture. Our furniture ruined. And a joke of AC climate."

"People be very careful using this place to storage your belongings , this place is full of thieves , corporate doesn't care either . This place like every other storage places , when you don't pay your bill auction your stuff online , well I attached here what they advertised online how the store unit was and second picture is what I really found when I get there to claim it. Yes I try and try to call and talk to anyone, staring with the regional manager , all the way to corporate office , no one cares about and condoms all the thieves working on this place."
