"This review is for Extra Space Storage - Bradenton, FL location only. We received a notice from Extra Space Storage that our monthly storage charge for our unit would be going from $36.54/mo to $60.56/mo. I called the current manager at the facility (Harley) and asked him if the new monthly charge could be reduced, since the new charge would amount to a 65% increase! We negotiated an increase to half of that. While I'm still not overjoyed with that, Harley was willing to work with me. So this positive review is based entirely on Harley's actions."
"This is my second unit. All went well Thanks to Amy and Harley. Good side is that it is indoors with climate control units. My only downside is cleanliness of carts and hallways and unit structures. Lots of open areas under the unit doors. I put down bug traps and moth balls to keep out critters. This facility could use newer carts and update units hallways in sections 3-4. Best part is the great staff. There is a newer facility in Sarasota but too far for my liking."
"This location is under new ownership, and I'm here to tell you that Harley in the front is amazing. He has weeded out all of the trouble, updated and repaired cameras, communicates with customers, and is extremely helpful and accommodating! He has been super busy with this change, u can tell. But ALWAYS takes time to check in with renters or have that extra talk when needed! 5 stars for Harley and this location!"
"We've had a varied experience at this location (old owners) due to a fire in the units and transition of ownership. However in the end, we found it to be clean and well maintained and Harley, with the new mgmt team was efficient and attentive and went above and beyond and provided us excellent customer service."
