"This is a collection agency for the federal government and does not have the best interest of your kids. The money they collect from people who owe child support is matched $0.66 per dollar by federal funds and is sent to the state treasury. If you don't believe me , look it up. You can find all the information you need on Youtube ."
"This office does not care about other states taking advantage of Florida residents. Somehow I am lumped in with all the bad dads, and treated with disrespect and zero empathy towards my case."
"Completely incompetent. One person doesn't know what the other is doing. Info conflicts depending on who you get, you can't call the office and will wait weeks for a return call after multiple requests for a call you must send via fax. Everything will fall through the cracks unless you become your own advocate and constantly baby sit this office and do their job for them. I've never in my life seen employees so uninterested and unconcerned about doing their job. This office couldn't care less about accuracy or timeliness. There are absolutely no checks or balances here. When their ultimate goal should obtaining financial restitution for children through court orders and they don't even check to see if the judge signed it then what in the world are they wasting tax payer dollars for? Unreal!"
