"I accidentally booked my first sugaring appointment for a same day session (I meant to book it for next day), and was really surprised to discover that I was charged full price for not showing up. I was certain that I had booked Friday, not Thursday, but mistakes happen. I tried emailing and calling the salon, but no one responded to the email and the woman on the phone just punted responsibility. No one followed up. While I understand having cancellation policies, I also think that there should be some flexibility for a mistake, especially with a new client. I guess I just lost $85, and Habit lost a potential client. Won't be booking here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND."
"Inconsistent pricing. I was charged $150 for full leg sugaring one appointment and then $175 for same service at the next appointment. I emailed them with the receipts to ask about the reasoning for the price difference but got no response after 10 days now - not even to acknowledge they received the message. Rude!"
"Bronwyn gives the cleanest waxes with minimal irritation or black heads. Great bedside demeanor and a lovely salon with private room atmosphere. Love it there."
"I had the WORST experience here. I have gone to many spas around the world, including some of the top spas in Europe such as Dior and Guerlain. The service at Habit is absolutely horrible. I arrived for my appointment and no one came out to get me. I waited so long that I missed my appointment - found the employees taking a coffee break. Horrible eyebrow wax - uneven and ended up ruining my right brow. Bikini wax tore off my skin."
