"I would like to share my highest review/recommendation for Erin Niel and The Niel Group Real Estate Agency for professional guidance, support and representation in a recent property transaction. Our case was no ordinary, simple case. It included six real estate agents and three attorneys, and three closings in two different states involving a condominium purchase contingent upon the sale of a property that was also contingent upon a sale of another property. This case was further complicated by a very small window of time to complete the closings due to a 1031 Exchange. Had it not been for Erin’s expert knowledge and outstanding communication and negotiation skills as well as her remarkably effective and efficient handling of all of the details, we would never have been able to successfully close on the sale of our Florida property and purchase of our Orange Beach condo using a 1031 Exchange! There were some tense times and delays, which Erin was aptly able to manage and to keep on track. Miraculously, all of the pieces came together and all three closings were held on the same day – on the day that a hurricane was stirring in the Gulf causing businesses to close early around 2:00 pm!
