"Recently purchased a home though bellator real estate, specifically Pat Rowland. Highly recommend the realtor but definitely would not recommend the builder he represents. There have been numerous lies, incomplete work and broken promises. If you are looking for a new home from seaside enterprizes beware and DO NOT purchase!!"

"Buyer beware! If you have a contract with this company and financing can't be obtained per the contract, Jeff McLaurin, broker of Bellator Real Estate, will do nothing for you. He will protect the sellers to the end. He will ask you to write a letter he can forward to his sellers pleading your case. He WILL NOT however, keep to the facts and terms of the contract that all parties signed. At this, moment we have received 2 denials for a Conventional Loan. NOT because we can't purchase the Unit at The Caribe in Orange Beach. But, because the complex is stigmatized by an ongoing lawsuit. The creditors have deemed the property as unacceptable and collateral is unacceptable. 2 different lenders can not do a conventional loan on this complex. Even with us putting 25% down. If you want to be taken in circles for months, mistreated, misrepresented, then chose Bellator. I HIGHLY recommend you do not do business with this company. Credit score 800. 200K was down payment. 8K is what Bellator's sellers are willfully holding with no end in site. Its a shame that a company would allow this behavior."
