"When we first met Kathy Lindley (Team member of the Henry Group) she seemed like a nice person, however, as time passed we realized that she had issues with both competency and being entirely truthful with her statements. In fact it become so severe we actually had to meet with her broker/boss to get several issues resolved. During our meeting with her broker we presented emails, texts, etc. showing her many contradictions and questionable statements. After our meeting Mrs. Lindy’s broker required her to financially compensate us for expenses encored due to her actions. In retaliation Mrs. Lindley brought her husband to our property closing where at the closing table her husband in an aggressive & literally in your face approach threatened us with physical violence if we didn’t “drop” our complaints against his wife. In fact his actions were so serious that the closing company had to call the police on him and he was made to wait in a back room of the building under the watchful eye of a police officer until we completed our closing and were able to leave safely. At the time of this review posting it is our understanding that Mrs Lindley is under investigation by the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Needless to say we would highly recommend using another agent. If we had know the situation beforehand we certainly would have worked with someone else."
