"I'd heard about Chloe through my friend who sent me the link to check Chloe's permanent brow tattoo that I was interested in. I saw that many ladies had given her rave reviews and the images I saw on Chloe's page were absolutely stunning. I just new I had to book an appointment and that Chloe is going to be the perfect person to create my perfect eyebrows We had a consultation where we discussed my expectations of the procedure. She was absolutely lovely and put my mind at rest right away. Chloe explained to me that she will apply a numbing cream to my brows and that the procedure would be painless, the only discomfort I would feel would be a little bit of tenderness. Chloe than drew my brows in with a black pencil to determine the shape, and we decided on a color that would best suit me . Once I was happy with the color and the shape, Chloe began to tattoo my brows. After the tattooing was over, Chloe made sure that I was happy with the results and advised me on the aftercare and gave me a healing balm to apply to my brows throughout the healing period. Six weeks on, my brows were fully settled and look great with or without makeup. The shape is defined and the colour is lovely and natural. After that, I scheduled touch up which was the final process of my permanent eyebrow makeup. I am very happy with the results of my permanent makeup and it’s one of the best things I have ever decided to do. It’s definitely worthed I feel like my face is framed how I wanted it to be.
