"I had initially been scheduled for an 8am appointment. On the reminder text, the time had been changed to 1:15pm, but I didn't notice the time change. I was there at 8am. Since this was over an hour drive from my house, I went to breakfast and shopping until my appointment time. The office staff was very nice, and I didn't wait very long to be shown to a room. My vitals were taken and then N.P. Dean came in. He appeared very knowledgeable about what could be causing my headaches and after some discussion about past treatments came up with a new course of treatment. He left the room to get the printed instructions and a male nurse came back with them. I did not see N.P. Dean again. The clinic was clean, professional and organized."
