"Great unless you are in need of dental care! 1. Last year, I selected a dentist from Ultimate’s HMO list administered through AFLAC. At a scheduled appointment after an evaluation the week prior, and in great pain, I was informed while sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist that they could not perform the extraction. This forced me to travel 3 hours to my old dentist in Miami. 2. This year I reenrolled with Ultimate and selected a different dentist from Delta dental the new dental administration for Ultimate. I made my appointment at Coastal dental and ended up walking out over an hour after my appointment. I left because the office was totally unorganized with evident ongoing issues with other patients and after learning that there was NO DENTIST available that day. 3. Elected Aspen dental next FROM Delta’s website list. This time I went in first before scheduling an appointment in order to evaluate the office. Everything appeared good so I scheduled an appointment for the following week and provided my Delta insurance card and license and was all set. The day before the appointment, I received both a text and email confirming my appointment the next day. Later that day, I received a call from Aspen asking for me to provide the Delta insurance card. I said I already had provided it and my license on my initial visit the week prior and that it was scanned into the system and provided the name of the office person that did it. It was then that I was informed that this office DOES NOT ACCEPT Delta Care USA because It is HMO insurance and their dentists do not work with it. Then Aspen dental offered a dental plan for purchase. I declined. I asked how could this be because I got their office info from the Delta website. The response was “yeah this happens all the time “. Three strikes and I’m out. I will dis enroll as soon as possible."

"I went here right at closing time. The agent did not even mention that they were closing she just took me to her office and took care of my new advantage health plan. I told her my situation and she took care of everything right there including setting me up with a primary doctor. I am very pleased with my new doctor at Phoenix medical. I have chronic health issues and the plan she put me on will be saving me a ton of money. I regret that I can't remember her name. Perhaps she'll see this and remind me. So I may let everyone know the name of the agent that took care of my needs."
