"I was looking for a place nearby that was open on a Sunday so when I saw one I made the appointment. The woman told me to pay upfront which I thought was weird and told her so. She told me that was her boss’ policy. She charged me $80 for a 60 minute massage then when I went in the room after waiting a few minutes, she came in, and she was just pressing my body through the sheet. At this time I told her it hurts so she should massage rather than just press, so she took off the sheet and used oil which was a little better. Then she without warning left and slam the door so I got up thinking was over but then she came back and said it’s not finished. So when it was finished I wanted to give a $10 tip but she told me that it had to be $15. So in the end I paid $95 for a massage and it was not worth it. I’m not familiar with the area so I had a hard time finding it even though it’s just off the highway. Not to mention that this place is next to an adult store, so I’m not sure what I was expecting. They need to clean up their business practices."

"We made an appointment a day before for 2 and when we got there we were stuck in a back room for 30 minutes! And when she came to get up she said her boss demanded cash! Spoke very little English! So we just left after waiting for a day and a half for a massage!! DONT GO THERE!!"

"I’ve been here once in the past and look forward to going here again soon even though I live all the way in Dallas now. It was the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten in my entire life!!!!! I don’t see how people could complain unless maybe they were mean and rude and didn’t get as good treatment bc let me tell you I am a picky person. And my body is sore and TUFF! The lady worked n worked n worked on me till she was huffing n puffing lol. It’s about time this single mom goes back for another round! Thank you ladies at Red Lotus Spa!"

"I had a decent massage here, but had an awkward moment when I tipped at the end. I had pulled my back out at the gym a few weeks ago and went in for a deep tissue massage to help restore some mobility. Lady performed an okay massage. I used to be a member at Massage Envy and used to pay about $50/hr as a member there. I’d say the lady has about the same average quality of massage. She charges $100 for a 90 minute massage, which she collects up front before the massage. After the massage was over, I gave her another $25 as a tip, which I felt was about average tip. Nothing extraordinary I know, but an average tip. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here because she was very rude to me about the tip. She snarled at the tip and then flat out told me it wasn’t enough tip for a 90 minute massage. She kept insisting I give her more tip. I about fell over with disbelief. I’m not saying it was an extraordinary tip, but I felt that was incredibly disrespectful & rude to insist someone to pay a higher tip. Who does that?? I just politely thanked her for her service and left without giving her anything more than the $100 for the massage and the $25 in tip."

"Worst service ever. Completely unprofessional! Had me wait an hour after my appointment then tell me I was only getting a half hour massage. I argued about it and they didn’t seem to care at all. The place smelled as well. I also observed roaches and roach traps underneath the massage table. I would never recommend this place to anyone! They deserve to be shut down and I’m also pretty sure they’re handing out happy endings which is probably the only reason why they’re in business. I plan on contacting anyone and everyone to get this place under investigation! I wouldn’t even give it a star if I had the option!"
