"When I called to ask if they will be able to repair my mom‘s partial, they said if it’s not done in the house we don’t repair so maybe you guys could put that in your advertisement and be a little bit nicer on the phone because when I asked that her last person that did it retired, my answer from the guy was” that’s right we won’t ” with a very rude tone and didn’t wanna continue talking. Make sure you advertise not in the house partials will not get repaired. Since I can’t reply, this is my follow-up reply You don’t have the story straight. I was going to ask you if you knew of another place that would but the way you answered I wish I could’ve recorded and let everybody know how rude you were is not just what you said is the way you said it. Like I said in my previous message advertise that you only do in-house repairs."

The Doctor gave me honest opinion that I didn't need their services and should see my dentist to save what teeth I had. Really appreciated his honesty, even though it meant his not getting my business. Highly recommend this office for their honesty and professionalism."
