"Beware that the person you book with is the middle man and if you have any issues they won’t try to fix it. The masseuses are contractors that work at a gym. I got the salt scrub with Michael and my husband got a skiers performance for 75 mins. He has a wonderful experience with his masseuse. The salt scrub for me was fine except i never got a scalp massage which was advertised in the description and he never once touched my feet. Why would someone do a salt scrub in the whole body and not do the feet? Anyway, upon checkout Michael told me my total was $30 higher than what was advertised on the site. I showed him the website and he stated that they are independent contractors and the place i booked through is only the middle man to get them bookings. In the end he honored the price on the website but he had to call the owner of now and zen to discuss the price discrepancy (in front of me) and she said she told me "over the phone" that it was extra for the salt scrub which never happened. Her website states the prices for the salt scrub for 75 mins which is $145. It also states that you are wrapped in warmth (plastic) while you get a scalp massage (never happened). Anyway, the owner does not know how to own up to their mistakes nor does she listen if there are issues with not getting what is advertised. Be aware these are contractors you are booking with and she won't help with any issues after she books you with them."

"My wife and I got a couples massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff friendly and helpful. The massage therapists were both experienced and the massages were great. The only downside was that it was confusing to find the place and get checked in. It is above a gym- and the front desk where you sign in for the spa has a different name than Now and Zen! We were worried we were in the wrong place!"

The decor, atmosphere, and professionalism were all on point. This was the perfect way to recover after a great week of skiing and we look forward to coming back again next year!"

"If I could give 20 stars I would!! I wanted to treat my family to massages to end our skiing trip in Park City. Melissa was quick to respond, very friendly and was able to get us in for massages on relatively short notice. That in and of itself is quite a feat these days. The cherry on top was that our massage therapists David and Kathleen were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! AH-MA-ZING! I'm a retired therapist and extremely picky when it comes to massage and David knocked it out of the park. His technique is beautiful and pressure was just right, checking in periodically but not in a bothersome way. He was excellent at draping and ensuring a high level of comfort/security. It was THE BEST massage I've ever had, and I've had too many to count so that is saying a lot. My husband also came out feeling extremely relaxed and said he too had the best massage he'd ever had. I did not have Kathleen myself but my kids did and they RAVED about her and the massage she gave as well. They both said that she also checked in to ensure pressure was good and the proper draping helped them feel secure. It was my daughter's first massage ever and she's hooked! The salon is quiet and lovely, and importantly, you don't get shorted on your massage time like at so many other places. This was the perfect ending to a fantastic trip for my family, I'm so glad I chose to contact Melissa. Thank you all for your service...now if only I lived in PC...I'd be a regular!!"
