"I understand it's new but the stafing needs to be better. New but never can answer the phone. Unreliable managers and awful communication. I came a hour early and they told me I missed my appointment. that's the total opposite. Front desk should also know English. And should be able to properly understand what people are saying. Equipment and cleanliness only thing good."
