"Ok, I've now been to this lab twice. First time the receptionist/phlebotomist was unfriendly and had an attitude. I thought, perhaps she's just having a bad day. I tried being extra nice to maybe help her change her mood. But she wasn't budging. I wished her a joy filled day when I left. Yesterday was the second time being there and same person was there. She still was unfriendly and rude. She makes you feel like your interrupting her day. She should not deal with the public. I've seen the other reviews about this same woman saying the same thing a year ago. I hope her attitude changes."

"Have always been acknowledged immediately upon arriving. I get transplant labs here and they know what they are doing, which is wonderful for my specific lab needs! Lab space is always clean and orderly. It is a smaller space and with Covid measures, may have to wait in hall a bit on more crowded times, but I understand this. I am thankful for the lab person who knows me when I arrive and knows exactly what I need to have done."

"Incompetent staff. They drew insufficient blood from my child and the lab could not perform the necessary tests. I had to subject my child to that traumatic experience all over again."

"SUITE 108 inside 80 Humphrey's Center: Your phlebotomists are great. The way you run your location inside suite 108 is disgraceful, and downright dangerous. ONE PERSON who answers the phone, checks people in, verifies orders, DRAWS BLOOD, labels specimens etc....ONE PERSON. THAT IS EMBARRASSING. If I don't see managers helping out in there next time, or more staff, I'm calling OSHA and JCAHO. What happens when someone passes out? What happens of a specimen is labeled wrong because they are so behind?? What happens when a patient gets angry and irate? What happens if your phlebotomist needs assistance? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??? Hire more people AT ALL COSTS!"

"Receptionist/ Tester was not the friendliest! I was just sent over by my surgeon's office and when I got here she asked for paperwork that I didn't have and my insurance card. I told her they just told me to come over. She says " You're just not prepared at all", however if she had have gone to the fax machine she would have saw my papers before saying ignorant things. It's a Covid test for workers comp surgery lady, you have what you need."
