"My appointment was for 9:30 and I was there checked in at 9:00 . Was my first time there and assumed that the envelope of records of past mammograms / referral was sufficient….. wrong ….. I am not a medical person to have been able to know what the prescription was to have said. By 10:00 while waiting for my Dr office to resend another request they tell me that I would have ti reschedule! No one had told me that I needed to have a ‘diagnostic appt’ 2-3 hrs …… the Solis scheduling place did not say that . Found out that that scheduling place was an outside entity and do not communicate well and or with memorial about all this . What a mess . I was told cannot wait for the correction to be done and to reschedule. The lady beside me had appointment and was there earlier and was told there were 7 ahead of her ! She had printed a copy of her appointment and it was necessary to prove she had one. That was the only way they knew she had one . Was not a good experience at all . I left a mammography zoo and came to a bigger zoo ……"

"Staff from the security, reception, medical records, and finance were all professional and kind. We got there an hour earlier than my appointment but I was processed quickly. Inside the actual imaging area, the women's waiting room was comfortable. Pilar did my ultrasound. She was so sweet. She did a fantastic job as I didn't have much pain during the test. I hope I get her again! Overall, while this location is very busy, I was pleased with everything. Pro-tip: Try to get as much of the paperwork done online as possible. That way, you will be in and out quicker. I see reviews of people saying they had pages of paperwork to fill out but if you do it online before your appointment, they won't need to give you the paper versions at the clinic."

"My appointment was scheduled for 3:40pm and is 5:15pm and I’m still seating in here waiting to be seen. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else."

"ALWAYS ASK FOR PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY! I did not for a breast ultrasound that I was told was needed to complete my annual mammo. I have to pay $900! According to my insurance company, facilities within a hospital group have much higher rates. I will be trying a new facility next year."
